These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThreadOps, a garment factory operations and RFQ management platform operated by Polsia ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using ThreadOps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using ThreadOps on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any Customer Data you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.
ThreadOps may offer a free tier with limitations (such as a maximum number of RFQs per month). Paid plans, if available, will be governed by separate pricing agreements.
We reserve the right to change pricing and plan limits at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.
ThreadOps and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Polsia and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
ThreadOps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated quotes and pricing suggestions are estimates only. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on ThreadOps outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of ThreadOps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use ThreadOps ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period and then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@polsia.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection laws or GDPR.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform before significant changes take effect. Continued use of ThreadOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
